I'm running that setup with Ferrodo DS2500 pads. I can assure you that the std disks would be glowing a whole lot more!!
These are the kind of brakes BMW's should have IMHO.

However there's a catch - they will not sell it outwith the UK due to TUV approvals or something like that.
We could arrange a group buy to get discount (I asked them), and get them all shipped to someone in the UK. If that person decided to send them to you, AP don't know anything about it
, but there obviously is no warranty etc - so its a calculated risk.
