My Ride: 2008 535xi
I finally got both needles pinned this evening... I know what your thinking, IDIOT you could have hit my nehew dressed as Justin Bieber!! Well, let me asure you no children were remotly put in danger durring my thrill ride, I was on a beautiful stretch of blacktop with chesapeake marsh on either side of me, so its not the ideal place for trick & treating.
Well, now that's out of the way so I can tell you what it was like... First time for me for a lot of things, fastest being in a car... ever! First time at that speed in my 550I and the most scared I've ever seen someone sitting in a passanger seat (my co-worker). Conti Extreme contact DWS's were wonderful with no "floating" feel or vibrations, aaaaaand that's about it. Kind of felt like the car hesitated one it reached near the top and slowly crawled the rest of the way. Maybe the limiter? I wasent focused too much on the dials to tell the truth anyways.
Just wanted to share with people who might understand why I do these things. My wife would just slap me if I shared with her!

My Ride: ///M5 BEAST
Model Year: 2006
hahaha.....this sounds like my daily commute as soon as i see an open stretch of road and no cops....
only thing tho....my Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 float/vibrate once i pass upwards of 120/130MPH.....which is surprising because theyre supposed to be really high performance summer tires....
legalese: all speeds, driving behaviors and accounts described above are fictional and are for pure entertainment. No E60s were harmed during the creation of this post.

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.
That's the one that reaches the egg first.

Conti Extreme contact DWS is a great tire. Much more forgiving ride than the Sport Contact 2's that come on 550i m-pack and if properly inflated no sidewall squishiness around corners and great at speed. Oh, and you can actually drive when its sprinkling out...
Sounds like a fun rip. Haven't been quite that high yet

Back to the topic, since I have had my car I have yet to top it out. Maybe I'm too afraid of the man and repercussion faced if caught
