Ouch, good luck with your fix. I hope you can use a BMW Certified Body shop. Usually, BMW dealerships are connected to them.
The other guys insurance should pay for the whole thing and make sure they do what you want, not the other way around. Also, you could ask for the rental on their tab. Contact your insurance too so that they can fight State Farm on your behalf as well.

AHH!! SHIT!! Remember to have them get u a rental with their reimbursement. Call me if you need to find places to fix it. I know a couple places that does amazing work.

State Farm is good about paying Diminished Value (the lost market value of your car now that it has been in a wreck). Stae Farm is good in general actually. Also in terms of frame damage, people, we have unibody cars not frame over body like back in the day. There is damage to the frame!
