You know, the ones telling you there is a delay on your route and do you want to re-plan your journey.

How do you switch these on and off ?

Mine seem to have stopped working since a software update a few weeks ago.

In the i-menu, I think there's a section for traffic settings, and if you check "dynamic routing" on, the car should start attempting to rout you around bad traffic. You also can turn the traffic messages on and off there, and perhaps the re-coding turned that off too? The newer manual has a description on how to do this, also.
