I have the RE760 sports, I like them. Sidewall not as stiff as the runflats but over all the comfort, cost and quietness is so much better. For a summer tire it gives you a brand name good looking tire. If you dont have winter set up then hands down get the michelins.

Everyone,

I really appreciate all the help and feedback that I've been getting, now I narrowed the list down to three brands (4 tires). My decision was based on the following criteria; Quietness of the tire, the maximum mileage I can get out of the tire, Handling and of course the sporty look. The E60 is a sport sedan and must have a sporty look tire. So please help me now to choose one of the three. If you have any of the below tires on your E60 please let me know how you like it:

1. GoodYear Eagle F1 Asymmetric
2. Yoko S. Drive
3. Yoko Advan S.4.
4. Potenza RE760 Sports

I am not sure yet if I will go with 18" or 19" tire but either way I will choose one of the above but I need your experience. Thanks

Which ones did you have? Yoko S. Drive or Yoko Advan S.4.

Stupid question: why do you want only summer tires?

My $0.02 vote is for the Yokos or the 960s, btw - I did a similar thread a couple of weeks ago - before my car got hit while it was parked

I highly reccomend the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3's with the V tread. They are quiet, very solid in wet conditions, and they look bad ass.

I know I sound very uncool asking this question, but how the hell does a tire look "cool". I mean who the hell sticks their head under the car to look at the tires. I just don't get it.

P.S. I am not trying to be sarcastic!!

I have a snow tires on separate rims that's why I'm looking for High Preformance Summer tire. Also I'm not sure how the E60 ride will be with all season in the summer!
