Not looking to spend too much on tires...what would ppl recommend in terms of soid value vs. price 20" tires on a '07 550i (probably 245/30 and 295/25)?

Someone mentioned toyo tires...any thoughts? Thanks...

Toyo TI-Rs are a very good tire in my honest opinion.

Falken FK-452s are bang for the buck also.

hi guys

yesterday i bought some new 20 "rims for my 525d m sport, when i first went to sorce the wheels a few weeks ago i was told that i need 245/35/20 for the front, and 285/25/20 for the rear. with michellin on the rear and avon on the front, what i actually got at the shop was 245/35/20 fronts and 275/30/20 for the rear with Falken all round.

now i did do my research prior to buying and everyone told me 285/25/20 are the tires for the rear but the guy in the shop told me that i need 275/30/20 on the rears.

AND HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT KALKEN ARE GOOD TIRES RATED AT 180MPH.

can you guys help as now i am very confused

be careful with the 285's it will be dependent on what your offset is if the offset is too aggressive the 285's will rub thats why most will suggest 275

Those tires will not hold on for more than 10,000 - 15,000 miles anyway,
Michelin's maybe for 15,000 - 20,000.

Go either way - cheap and change more often or...
