Hey guys,

I just got the M3's installed and my ride is very very harsh. I got the tire installed at my friend's shop because BMW was too busy, however I got the tires and rims from BMW installed and ballanced. I checked the tire pressures after driving a bit (I know they are not cold tires, but the temp outside is -4C) and my pressures vary from 43psi to 48psi throughout. Dealer told me to check the side of the driver's door for references on how much psi to put in the tires, but I can't figure the damn thing out.

For members with winter tires (or better - members with M3s) what pressure do you set your tires at?

Thanks,
~Andy

It is actually in the jam of the door frame itself. I believe mine is 32 in the front and 36 in the back. I'll run out into the garage and look to be sure.

thanks for the info, I checked the owners manual - 32/36psi with 4 passengers and upto 160km/h

How long do tires have to cool down before checking the pressure? anyone?

I have the M3s on and run them in the low 30s, ie. 32 to 34.
