$350.per incident is quite a limitation. Only good for a single tire or wheel damage at a time. Imagine running over some junk on a highway when all four your wheels and tires are gone. $350 won't help much in a case of $4,000 damage.
I'd rather take a typical $650-$700 for 5 years unlimited coverage with no deductible sold by most BMW dealers.

Now how likly is that going to be,4 tires down at the same time ?. What ever suits your fancy with the coverage,to each his own. Good luck
