1) no msport pkg on the e70 posted above, you can tell by the moldings, they are not color matched, the msport pkgs' come with color matched wheels arches and bumper moldings. Also by the position of the fog lights in the front bumper: msport pkg = fogs in the brake ducts/outter mesh openings. Spend sometime on bmwusa.com and play with the configurator..you'll notice the differences between pkgs...

2) SUV>minivan..for sure I'd rather have my wife in an SUV than "swagger wagon", just mine and my wife's personal preference tho.

OP: congrats on the new X5, great color combo

Congrats on the new ride! When I read the title "...goodbye E60, hello new baby" I thought you were getting rid of the car because your wife was pregnant or just gave birth. It was comical to click on the post to see pictures of your new "baby". Looks great!

Great answer....now to figure out how to win the war.

Very nice looking E70. Enjoy her!

Welcome to the club -- my wife loves her X5. It's a great truck, but it doesn't come close to giving me the enjoyment of driving my E60. Even my daughter prefers the E60 over the E70 and she's only a year and a half. LOL! So true and so funny. Gotta love it!

C, what winter set up do you use on your E70? I was told that this 20" wheels on the E70 is not that great in the snow.
