Tighten Gas Cap message
Interesting. The cap on my car clicks only 1 time once the seal is tight; almost analogous to a torque wrench click once the desired torque is achieved. Once the click is reached, you can't turn the cap any further and it will not click more than once ... like those multi-clicking, ratchety fuel caps found on Hondas/Acuras.

My previous picture shows a disconnected hose (white) running from the activated (#1.) charcoal canister to the fuel tank. The (#3.) DMTL (fuel tank leak detection module) is
mounted on the canister and pressurizes the tank; this diagnosis pump only runs when the key is off after atleast a 20 minute drive. A leak, gas cap off/loose,
or in this case, a disconnected hose, triggers a fault. An OBD fault is indicated by the "Check Engine" indicator lamp in the instrument cluster lighting up (p1434).

I found this thread after a search. It seems old, but I hope someone can help.
I've been getting the "tighten gas cap" alert for a while. Replaced the cap twice. I suspect that the issue is the disconnect line, and I will check for that myself.
If it is not a disonnected line, what else to check? the DMTL itself?
