Default Ticking and whining noise 525d

Hello, the car is 525d 2004 e60 with 98k miles.
Last week on cold starts the car has a tapping noise that goes with the revs until 1500rpms also a whine that is definitely more audible with the ac turned on cold.
Less pronounced with it off. And also the tapping I believe is less audible when warm.

I was told by the seller that the dpf is gutted.
Also sometimes it has a hiccup just below 2k rpm when stepping on it. The power is still there as it used to be.
I have a bm700 obd reader and two codes have popped up :
4166 particulate filter system
A6a6 coding data fault
I was told by a mechanic here that it's the power steering pump and to not worry. Just don't feel like leaving it until something breaks and leaves me stranded.

Anyway I wanted to hear some insights from you guys!
This is mine:
Found a person with a very similiar issue:

Thanks in advance

Well, the seller told you about the DPF, and you have the code for that. That can cause a host of issues.

Lots of things can cause that ticking / whining. Did you take it to a seasoned BMW specialist?

Brought it to a BMW programmer he said that the DPF wasn't coded out right. Will get it done in next few days now together with egr delete and tune. Ofcourse will get a proper inspection on it before(injectors etc.) Now that the weather is warm here the whine is not there anymore. The knock is there though.
Got these codes now :4203 glow plug module(got that replaced, code remains)
Maybe it's the cable ? 4166 low backpressure dpf4587 heated fuel filterAlso here is another video windows open:
Here are some idle values for whom it might make sense.
