I had to read my post several times to figure out what you meant.

$400 if I ordered it as a factory installed option
$450 if I had it installed by a dealer

Do you want to actually get ipod working on your stereo? Go splice a 3.5mm Male audio jack that works with your ipod.... make sure it's long enough maybe at least 4 feet. If you want to make a female to just mount somewhere you can.

The problem with using a male is that you will have to know which three wires correspond to which part of the male jack in order to hook them up to the stereo correctly. Then all you have to do is find someone to code the aux option....indy shop may cost you $100 or so.
