My car is due for dealer delivery any time. Hopefully tomorrow. I have never seen one in the parking lot at work until this morning, was leaving work and someone had a 545. Sweet ride. No real point to this post except I am bored waiting for my car. If it does not get here soon I am going to go crazy

 

That's similar to my story (and I'm bored waiting for my car too---it's finished and waiting to be put on a ship). Anyhow, there are no E60 BMWs in the office parking lot. I had been negotiating with several dealers and had just hung up the phone. I look out the window and a guy pulls up in a Silver Gray E60, which is what I was in the process of ordering.

Now I look at it every day wishing mine were here.

 

It'll be over soon. We are eagerly awaiting pics of the green monster.

 

My 530xi is off the boat (Don Juan) in NJ but I have no idea how long it's going to take to get to the dealer. So I'll just wallow away the time trolling this forum. If I don't get this car soon I may not be able to pay for it spending my days on this site!!!

I was surprised to see 5 E60's in the lot while walking from my car to the Costco entrance last night.

Yeah, E60's are gaining in popularity or maybe the $74K median income for folks shopping at Costco has something to do with it?

 

Mine is due to be delivered to the dealer on the 7th of Dec. They reckon it won't be ready until the week comencing the 19th! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh

 

Why the long wait. You should demand to get it the same day they receive it, or at most the next day. Thats what I did, so my salesman had to go in on his day off to sign the papers with me!!!

 

I think it's a worst case scenario - it's a company car so this is the feedback from the leasing company. Can't wait to get rid of the Audi for the e60!

 

My car is supposed to hit SC on December 1st I think. I can't stand it either. I can't wait for that new car smell and all the neat gizmo's. I ordered a standard and have noticed that I have been shifting my current steptronic more than usual in anticipation of shifting for real again.

 

i sold my other car today and new car is not here yet - and i will not be able toget it until monday. now i am driving a rear wheel drive f-150 (that's a pick-up truck) and we are expecting snow - which is the reason u got the xi - oh well
