Thieves probably wanted more than they got away with. First they killed the alarm signal and then they pulled out the lock. Fortunatly my neigbour was awake and saw the flashing lights and managed to scare the thieves away.
Fully covered by insurance and excess is $0 so I?m glad anyway.

you cant even open the doors if your sitting inside the car, and the alarm is on.
Its a fun trick i found out one day locking my buddy in the car. haha
is it even possible for someone to break into these cars without shattering a window?

After that they took down all windows by simply turning the lock mecanism and holding it for some seconds.
When the alarm went off the lights were blinking like madness but no sirens.
Later on we notised hat the thieves also manipulated the street lights so they could work in the dark.
Moore car owners in the area have been affected in last week and probably the same thieves who have done this raids.

Thieves are now removing the barrels of the lock from behind, taking them away and having keys made then return a few days later with a working key.
This works because most people unlock their cars remotely so would be completely unaware the barrel was missing. This gives the thieves the time they need to produce the working keys.
