Have you (the o-neill) driven the car with Active Steering - it's a major difference that you'll either love or hate...
Active Steering apart, I'd say they should be the same price - so I guess one way to look at it is are you happy paying ?1k for that feature?
I loved my old (04) 530iSE with Sport Suspension - it was on 17s, had the older engine and only a few options - business satnav, Xenon, folding mirrors - but that has to have been the sweetest handling car I've ever owned, Lotuses apart. Oh, and maybe my old RB5. But then again, the RB5 tried to kill me, so maybe not.

Definitely the car with less miles and newer engine. Options aren't worth that much down the road.
