Is there the same wheel well gap on 19/20 inch setup?

My Ride: 05 545i Sportpackage, Mtech Body Kit
Ive seen setups where it looks like there is a bigger gap on a 20 inch set up rather than a 19. Is that even possible? or is the gap the same? I cant decide whether to buy 19 or 20 inch wheels....
