My Ride: '05 545 Titanium Silver, Black Leather - Nav, Logic 7, Cold weather.

Carbon filter removed.
M5 iDrive knob.
Umnitza license plate LEDs.

Nav data is on DVD you will need to purchase a new disk from BMW or Navteq, unfortunately not under warranty! The iDrive software has had a few updates since '05. Ask for the MP3 retrofit too if you don't already have it, these updates are under warranty.
