But that list is for 13.2 only.

Up to 13.2, yes. It goes back as far as 10.0. You are correct that it doesn't list any of the new ones, e.g. 14, 15.

But, hey, it's a start, right

Of course.
But it's hard to keep it up to date, since a lot of dealers doesn't even know what a new software version fixes.
