I didn't think continental made runflats but after searching google they seem to be partnered with bridgestone or something or other. Who knows.

It should work on 124's. From the last tire thread, some people said GS-D3 tires are hard to balance properly. Some dealers incorrectly claiming 124's are incompatible with none run flat tires. Let us know the results.
