Are you guys talking about the small yellow section up in the corners on the headlights? The headlights arent showing to come apart enough to get to the reflectors. The euro headlights are a different part number. All depends on if the car has Bi-xenon and adaptive.
I think the original plan, was to try and see if the outer shell of the euro headlights could be used(so we don't have the Amber Reflector). If this was the case, then people could buy the non adaptive ( A lot cheaper $600 at Bekkers) and fit them to the adaptive. The adaptive headlight assembly was too expensive ($1980).

We are NOT talking about the Rear tail lights that are clear.

What is our price for a pair? Plus will you be able to have DIY instructions for each buyer. Or perhaps we can just post it on the DIY page of the forum.

This is great. It will be our first E60.NET Group Buy!! Im excited.. I can't wait to change them. Ive had experince taking out the light assembly and installing angel eyes for the E46's, I don't think this will be a problem. It might take some time to do, but the procedure should be easy. :winkcool:

[quote name='rabih11' date='Oct 28 2004, 04:10 PM']I remember a couple months ago, there was some talk about someone discussing this matter with a gentleman at bekkers.com...About being able to remove and replace the amber piece of our turn signal to clear them like the Euro Style.

Did this ever happen?? Was the gentleman ever able to take apart the light assmebly and see if it was possible? I would hope we will be able to swap those amber pieces. Anyone have any ideas who originally made the post?

Im showing the part number of 63 21 0 301 815 for the retrofit kit that changes them to white.

bmwpartsguy, you are great! Thanks for the information. Now when I go to my parts dept. I can at least act like I know what I am talking about. Messing up in German and then not knowing the part number has caused some problems when I want to ask about something. Thanks again!
