Hey Beemster530i, Can you send me some photos of your re-wiring. I have also made a mistake from ordering from this ebay seller and in the same situation as yourself.
I have also noticed that the lights flicker when you turn on the tail lights, is there any way to fix that also?

 

did the longer wire tap onto the wires going to the licence plate for the always on led rods?
