Theoretically, yes, but we don't know how the previous owner has wired it up. The fact of the matter is we don't even know if his tails actually function as it should right now.
Luigi: those are oem LCI tails. It's pretty easy to tell.

That looks like one massive hack there. And there are several I can see in that picture.
I can help here and you have two options.
1. Get back to the original plug and then use my cable as plug and play.
2. Remove the plug from one end of my cable and then connect the wires up, according to instructions I will provide. Those wires are cut anyway, so you are not doing any more harm than already done.
Ofcourse if you can code your car and if the lights themselves are working as you like them then you don't need me at all. But I suspect that you are not getting the LCI effect on those lights now.
