I took my 328 in for service last week. I had scheduled the appt. 2 weeks ago to specifically wait for a day when I would get a loaner....they were 'out' that day and rented me a Ford.
That's why I always schedule my appointments for 7am

Hahha I schedule mine for 6:30am! You wont believe how many people like that time! But the usual wait time for an appoitment is about 3 days if you want the morning time. Not bad at all!

I like to be the first one at the dealer for service too, at least courtesy cars will be available. The dealer I used to go also own the Volvo dealer nearby so I use to get S70 as rental cars. Other dealer I visit gave me a 7 series from like 3 generations ago or a E36 to choose from. Not the type of vehicle I would expect to get as courtesy cars.

Where B up here? I'll be there and be in a square (state).

My dealer has actually outsourced the whole loaner car program to Enterprise which is mostly painless but sometimes the person running the show is late in the morning so the whole "get there first" thing loses some value. I ususally get the X3 or 3 series option but I figured I could handle the MB for the day....uh...yeah....next time I'll just take the BMW....
