I am replacing my ecu as it is dead, what do I need to do to make it work ?

Is it re aligning ecu and cas ?

do I need to register all keys to it or are they registerd in cas?

How can I change the VIN to match the car on the new ecu?

the new ecu numbers are same as mine with the only difference being one of its number being different ( I think it is software version).

I have seen some people saying cloning ecu, what do they mean ?
