has anyone got a E46 or an E39 aswell? I wanted to know if the headrests from a E46 or E39 fit the E60? Could anyone give it a try?

is it not possible to order the comfort headrest not the hole seat but only the headrest

There's another thread on this. The answer is basically "no" because the headrests have different spacing between the posts. If you can modify the mounting post spacing then I guess it would work.
