My Ride: 2008 550I LOADED, all options except HUD and NV
It can definitely be fixed with coilovers. Yes, despite what was said earlier here about the shocks not providing lift, a bad shock can make the car sag in that corner. You can level your car completely with coilovers. Our cars are set to be lower on the right by the factory, so that when YOU sit in the car it is presumably level.

Check your top mount hat bushing/rubber mold for crack on the right side.
Having a lowered car w/ stiffer springs may cause those rubber to wear out faster which then pop the strut shaft.
Obviously coilover is a solution but that's like replacing the whole new suspension.
You could also get camber plate (top hat) that is made of polyurethane (last longer)
