Hey guys! I have a 2005 530I, and I have it lowered on H&R springs. I have the factory struts and shocks still, my question is, I want to go back with OEM shocks and struts. That being said, my dad has a parts supplier and they have two different kinds of shocks and struts. Should I get the ones for the regular sports suspension, or the ones for the m sport suspension? Whats the difference? The old shocks are getting pretty worn out and the bumps are getting bumpier haha. This is what my car looks like as of now. . Thanks for any input!

 

Maybe you should match the spring with a better shock combo other than the factory/OEM shocks. I'm pretty sure the H&Rs have a higher spring rate than the OEM/factory springs, thus leading to wear out your OEM/factory shocks faster. Correct me if i'm wrong guys. thanks
