Hi everyone,

I'm looking at my first major mod for my 550. What would you do first... Dinan CAI or SuperSprint exhaust (no resonator)?

I've had both on my 540 and loved them both.

FYI: I'm installing my CDV today.

TX!

Ah really no reason.

I've just had REALLY good luck with the supersprint exhaust on my Volvo and 540.

RPI would be the best bang for your buck, and you might have some money left over for that dinan cai..and that coupled with some rpi scoops...that would be agreat set-up..

what's the price in the SS exhaust that you are looking at? dyno/numbers?

+1 for the RPI exhaust. and for the intake, best setup would be the RPI ram air scoop and a replacement filter. we have the scoops in stock at the moment as well

To answer your question, I would go with the Dinan first then the exhaust, doesn't matter how much I'd want the SS first I had my CAI first before I got my exhaust.
Both are great choice.

Monkey see monkey do!! WHY NOT RPI?? No really...Dyno results speak for themselves, unless $6000 later, a dinan 5 badge would bring a bigger smile to your face?

Dinan and SS will be great together, especially the OP have great past experience with them. They are expensive but the name, the quality and the reliability goes very well together.
