Sounds like the dealer screwed up something when they replaced the seal. I'd hold them accountable, in a nice way of course. G/L.

Mine does the same, but no problems sliding open/closed. So I just don't use the tilt function anymore.

There is a computer that controls the "limits" of the windows and sunroof. The manual shows how to reset the limits of the windows, but doesn't detail the sunroof. It took the dealer all of 5 minutes (and $0) to fix this for me.

Took it back in today....the SA was unaware and failed to tell me that I shouldn't open the sunroof for a few days so the seal could cure.....I had opened it up as I was leaving the dealer the other day. In the process it "lifted" the seal where the 2 ends meet. The reason the sunroof wouldn't close was because the seal was so tight since it hadn't been out in the sun to "relax", and it wouldn't allow the glass to seat back into position....kinda like when when you close something in a garage door, and it opens back up.
Anyway....they re-seated the seal, which looks perfect now, and "re-initialized" the sunroof. I'll wait till late next week before I open it, to give the seal plenty of time to relax.

Tom Williams and Townsend are the two "local " dealer I was just wonder which one you went to.
Tom Williams so far.....I may try Townsend. Everytime I take it to TW I end up having to take it back because they didn't do something right.....and I always get it back with grease prints on the interior panels

Which one do you go to?
