For some reason, my sunroof wont' close. When I pressed the latch switch to close the sunroof, it will go through the process of closing then it pop up (tilt) then come back down and stay open about 1/4 size. I don't why it won't stay stay close.

press the button to tilt up and keep holding it till it does the whole process. The sunroof will start to open and close. It will do an entire opening then close fully. When it is fully closed, you can remove your finger from the button. That way you would have done a reset to the sunroof and will work properly.

I tried pressing the button forward to close then backward to open. It would open fully, but not close. I'm not sure what button to press to tilt up.

I think there is something wrong with the close mechanism but as for tilting, I always thought that you push the button in, up towards the roof to tilt it open. May be you can unplug the battery to reset it and try it again.

you have to press it upward(towards the ceiling, let your finger perpendicular to the button and press it and hold it).
