So I tried the reset for this error and it still isn't working, it makes a clicking sound like it wants to open but doesn't. Has anyone else had this issue and figured out how to fix it?

Go to the dealer , sounds like you made a costly mistake trying to install the V1 hard wired.
You have a Trap error, most likely due to low or no voltage for the sun roof.
Also you might want to go to the DIY section you might get more help there.
