^yep.
if there is a class action suit, I bet it goes nowhere. This isn't a design flaw, it's people not being aware that water drains of any kind (car, house, boat, etc) need to be periodically cleaned in order to function correctly.

Not the first time he has cast a net fishing on the same subject.
And what excitement if the class action lawsuit is successful!
The attorneys get millions and the masses get a $15 coupon towards an oil change.
Yew Hew!

Exactly, my guess is he needs some business. Sadly, in these types of lawsuits the lawyers make out very nicely and the particpants may get a $10.00 check! Nothing like feeling used and hung up wet.

Unbelievable, then 10.00 would be a good deal.

You sound so skeptical. Do you like getting screwed by your car company?
If drain cleaning was a normal part of car maintenance it perhaps should be
Recommended in the manual and dealers should be aware of it.
When I purchased my 530i the dealer didn't say 'by the way, you can't place
Anything in the trunk that could leak' or don't leave your car on the rain.
I don't believe BMW would sell many car that way.
