Yeah it is a kinda 'Tsss Tsss' noise, and initially I thought it was just the suspension working, but...
If I drive over the bump with just the left hand side going over the bump it makes the noise. If I drive over the bump with just the right hand wheels only its silent.

 

I would say this is normal shock noise. If you're really concerned about it post up a vid maybe we can tell you if normal or not.
