Subwoofer 530i?

Can someone tell me where exactly are the subwoofers in the standard US 530i.
Underseat, in doorpillar between front and rear door, in the floor beneath the front seats? Can they be seen or touched.
I can fell some bass in front door. Not on the floor beneath the front seat, not anywhere in the seat, nor in the door pilar between the front and rear doors.
Also, are the subs hooked up optically or are they wired?

optically? no only home theater interconnects use that or digital audio, they can only be connected with somehting that can carry electricity..ampage, ect
i think for the logic set, they are under the seats... i think the other places it would be in the doors (maybe a 6 incher, not that powerful)
um, are you satisfied with the bass, or would you like to upgrade, search the forum and you'll see....

Subs are underseats. You can see the black grill from the rear back seat. Subs are hooked up by wires.
