Style 138 rim doesnt fit on my 525i ?

It's definitely an offset problem. The mounting face of the wheel is too deep (high offset), hence why it's hitting the shocks.

I called My local BMW dealer today, and the confirmed these are only for the 4 wheel drive X Modell

And they are no soltuion to use these...

My bad luck, I will have to refund them.

If they ordered the wheels for you then its their fault and probably will just swap them to the ones that will fit your car properly
