Style 123 star spoke wheel question

My Ride: I've just ordered a 2007 530xi fully loaded.
I'm considering ording the optional star spoke wheels (style 123) instead of the stock for my new 07 530xi. My wife ruined her 05 Acura TL rims from curb rash. Does anyone know if the 123 rims stick out past the tires? I know the stock don't. Can anyone post/email some pics of the 123 style? Do you like them or have regrets?

they definitely do not stick out past the tires.

They're easy to clean too - the dust doesn't "stick" and bake in like the other wheels.
I cleaned off -BLACK- 6+ months of coated dust from them with nothing more than hot water and some soap for the bodywork. Still haven't cracked the seal on the P21S gel I bought for wheel cleaning.

They are really good looking wheels.
Be sure to get the version make for the x!
The x-models have differant offsets from the nornal E60.
