i want to get an exaust on my car but my gf has migrane problems. i cant add any more sound to the exaust. will adding a tip make my car sounds any louder? if no, where do i buy one and what different models are there? anyone have just a tip? add pics!

+1 to what Krozi said. Look online, there are many styles of exhaust tips out there. Just make sure they are the right diameter for the tailpipe. Also you have a choice of bolting or welding them on to your tailpipes.

Nah. Just tips won't change the exhaust note in any discernible way.

It also depends upon what are your girlfriend's Migraine Triggers (sound sensitivity is usually an effect DURING the Migraine, not a cause)! 
If she's a keeper, then perhaps you should look into allergy testing for her and then GET the exhaust you are dreaming of!!
