Wtf...Thats a lot of bread youve been spending. It sems your car is a money pitt like mine. Lately Ive been wondering about what to do. It seems the moment you fix one thing the other thing goes wrong. The only thing im worried about doing is my valve seals. Its very annoying when a clean bmw smokes. Good luck to you man.

Here is a tip, coolant never disapears despite some myths dealers will tell you. You cannot get an "empty" tank without a leak. Either leaking into the engine core or leaking externally. It is often so hot under the engine bay, the leak just simply has the fluid evaporate before you see it. But you cannot just "top off" an empty tank without finding why it is empty. It is a closed pressure system with nowhere to escape unless your engine block is cracked.
