guys I posted this before and did my own research but from what I seen it never got this drastic.only mods I got is afe and sprint booster which I allready removed
ecu remap and magnaflow offcourse still on the car.I got a dealer appt tomorrow monday but iam afraid to break dwn on the way there and not cover my warrantee for driving the car there with a known problem.

drove the car arround the block today just to see if putting back stock intake and removing sb will cleal cel but I notice a strong burning smell similar to oil burning.any ideas?

also will the dealer know if I got my ecu remaped?

I can't imagine why your mods would cause them to try and relate them to oil burning smell ... unless they accuse you of driving your BMW too hard?!?!

you know how they are (dealers)they say or make excuse so they don't have to pay.but will see tomorrow.

I just don't know what will cus that it started with just the increase emissions and cel then all of a sudden this so I just hope I make it to the dealer tomorrow or I hope the engine blows up on the way so I can get it replaced, lol j/k

just to keep you guys posted for future reference.

increase emissions and cel was cause by pre catalitic o2 sensors.
and the burning smell was leaking valve cover gasket.

all under warranty thank god
