strange noise

My Ride: bmw e61 520d 02/06 . bmw e39 cabriolet
hi everybody.i when i turn my steering wheel left and at the same time hit a hole in the street i ear a stange noise (plak)coming from the suspension or from the steering wheel i don?t know. is there any one with the same
problem out there?

I got my steering wheel fixed around 40.000 kms. it had a problem and they replaced something there. It's a known problem. I have 2 friends that had the same problem.
