2005 525i. All winter when the heat was set at say 70 the fan speed would change as needed to keep the car warm, if I opened a window it would speed up and then slow down as the temp got back to my request. Now that it has been 70 out and the black interior reaches 4.2 million degrees, I turn the AC on and the fan will blow hard for a few seconds and then back off to the first or second LED. Temp slider in idrive is on all blue, temp set on both sides as low as it will go, and I've tried it on all 3 intensity settings. The discharge air is 40 degrees so the air is working properly but the volume of air from the vents is low. If I manually turn the fan up, or hit "max", it works perfect but when in "auto" it will back itself down to the first or maybe second fan setting. Works perfect on heat though. I thought I read at one time about being able to code it so that the lowest temp setting is lower than stock, but I can't seem to find it again.
