still having i-drive blanking out!!

Dear all,
I brought my car in for 3-4 times this past couple months already, and each time, they told me they fixed the problem, but i am still experiencing i-drive blanking out whenever i start the car few minutes after unlocking the doors!!
Last week, they changed the CID, which i believe is the LCD, but still having bad luck with the i-drive blanking out!!
Not sure what to do, and i cannot cancel my work all the time to bring my car in....

Do like I used to do when the car is under warrenty call them from work and tell them the problem, have them come and pick up the car from your job and leave the loaner with you. When I had an idrive problem when I first got the car that is what I did mine happened to be a software problem thou it seems like yours is a little more complicated. Good luck
