Just wanted to see if anyone has experienced as sticking accelerator pedal. A few months ago while driving in DS mode, I noticed that my car was still accelerating for nearly a second after I released the pedal. I brought my car to the dealer and they reset the tranny. I had an autocross today and noticed that it was occurring again. To me it seems that the tranny wouldn't be the culprit. Any thoughts?

No, nothing like the Toyota's. During hard acceleration, if I let off the accelerator pedal, the engine continues to rev up to another ~250 rpm. It's quite annoying if you're trying to coast into a turn as now you will have to apply the brakes. This is most noticeable in manual mode. I just wanted to see if anyone else has exprienced this problem.

It could be tranny shifting down (particularly noticeable in DS mode), It should not increase your speed though..It might feel the engine revving up to keep up the speed.. (in any case the car should not accelerate or gain speed)

It's gaining speed and that's the unsettling part. When autocrossing, I usually leave her in M2 and that's when this problem is most noticeable. I want immediate engine braking, but I'm gaining speed instead which causes me to have to brake.
