How come the BMW turbos don't sound this way? Are they muted?
I was half way expecting to hear a little bit of the whistle sound as the car shifts.

roll up your windows, put it in DS (if it is auto) and just floor it. you will hear the spooling between gears. haha.

Once I changed my exhaust to the RPI gt Race, i can hear much more than before. But the real reason why
you don't hear too much is because we have two very small turbos. If you really want to hear some sound you can add a charge pipe and a blow off valve but you will loose HP.


while parked rev the car a few times, you'll hear the turbos spooling very slightly
