Driving my 530i this morning when suddenly idrive warning flashes "steering wheel malfunction" "pull over slowly" and on the display above the steering wheel a red light light up with a tire looking odd. Also on the idrive was something about loss of steering fluid. Since I was only 2 blocks from home I turned around and called Bmw assits. Noted no fluid underneath vehicle. They flat bed towed the car to the dealer. No word on what's up. No loaner cars available so they gave me a 2004 Camry from the local car rental place. (What a P.O.S.!)
