Steering wheel shake when braking.

Do the reconditioning a few more times. This definitely looks like deposits on rotors.

Well that was my first suspect. Like I said only you know the condition of them.

How do you recondition rotors. All I know is to take them off and go get them mil'd (turned).

I'll keep doing the reconditioning tomorrow.

Dumb question, are the brakes on a manual 525i different is any way than an automatic??

I'm mostly asking about the rotor size. Im pretty sure I have 324mm fronts and 320 rears but when notice online it says this kit is for manual.

I checked real OEM and it's hard to believe manuals come with a smaller rotor in the front.
