Steering problem

When I am parking, if I steer all the way to any side, the steering wheel will "block" and I will not be able to steer it back until after a few tries and/or I have advanced with the tires like that for a few inches. It's very irritiating.
It does not happen that often, but it is it something I should worry about? They told me in service that my car is OK.
