Anyone who got it fixed have it go back to the off center position again? If so how long did it last and does anyoe know what causes it?

When they load new software they need to center the active steering. Some techs seem to be unable to remember to do it or possibly take a short cut and it doesn't work. It takes about 30 minutes to fix it. It is all done via software. If you don't have active steering, then you have a real hardware issue and will need a wheel alignment.
