1st: Has anyone experienced a noise when turning the wheel? Its intermittent, and is best described as a rubbing noise. Not a clunk. Its like the noise you get when you run your finger around the top of a crystal glass. The faster the speed the quicker the sound (at parking lot speeds its dragged out). It never seems to occur when going straight, and the brakes seem to magnify the vibration and sound, but not cause it. My 07' (Sept. 06 build) 550i sport made this noise the first week I had it and I figured it might go away after break in. Lately its doing it more frequently. Any ideas? I have to help the dealer diagnose it or else they just start replacing everything (I don't like any repair work done on my car that isn't necessary). Also, the sound can be felt in the steering wheel. Any ideas?
2nd: the top half of my seat back (the articulated backrest) is making a lot of noise. Creaking noise as you go down the road. I am very tall, not that heavy. However, I do keep the top half of the seat almost 100% forward. Can a seat be tightened or lubricate? If I just mention this to my dealer, they will start spraying silicone into my seat. Seriously. Any ideas?
Thanks for any feedback guys (and ladies),

I had a vibration/rattle problem with the front pasenger comfort seat when unoccupied. They rebalanced the rear wheels and that cured it. Don't know if that helps.
