Steering Angle Sensor - Reset or Replace?

Hello fellow E60 folk's,
Would anyone have the best approach to either resetting or replacing the Steering Angle Sensor on my '04 E60 545i? I recently replaced my anti-sway bay which is hydraulic, and part of the Active Steering control system. However, I believe the mechanic at the dealership did not follow through on his check list, maybe. So if anyone has any suggestions, I welcome the shared knowledge...
